Orders and Deliveries 1.How is delivery accomplished?

After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received.

Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form.

If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided.

You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

2.How do I check on the status of my order?

If you would like to check on the status of your order, simply log onto our live chat and one of our customer service representatives will assist you straight away, 24 hours, 7 days.

3.Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
You should have already received a confirmation email for your order, please refer to the order number in the order confirmation email if you have any questions or need an order status update. To help us serve you better, be sure to include your order number in all your emails and inquires.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your account.

Power Leveling Orders 4.How do I place a power leveling order?

imbuygold.comimbuygold.com offers both customized and pre-configured power leveling products and services for a variety of popular MMORPG games. To see what's available for your game, first select "Power Leveling" from the link bar at the top of the page and then select your game from the list on the left.

For the game selected, you will be shown a list of available power leveling products. You will also be asked to select the server you are playing on and if needed the class of your game character. If cutomized products are available, you will be presented with an additional menu of selection choices. After you've made your selection, a customized quote will be generated in terms of time and cost needed to complete the service. You may then choose to add the customized quote to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, or you may choose to start over with a new quote. In order to avoid potential confusions, there is a limit of one custom quote leveling purchase per order. If you have added a custom leveling quote to your shopping cart, adding a subsequent custom quote to your cart will replace the previous quote.

In addition to the customized quote, there may also be pre-configured products and services for the game you've selected. These will be displayed to you after you've made your selections.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide the login details of your game accout as well as a time which you would like us to start with your leveling service. It is important that you provide us with correct login information, as well as valid contact information so as to prevent unnecessary delays in processing your order.

5.How do I check on the status of my power leveling order?

The Power Leveling Report tool provides a powerful way with which you can track your character's leveling progress. It allows you to keep up to date with all that's happening without having to log on to the game yourself.

To access this tool, simply logon to your imbuygold.com account, select "report" from the link bar at the top of the page.

The Power Leveling Report will displa a list of your power leveling orders. To see the detailed progress of any particular order.

7.Why won't my credit card work?

Credit cards can be denied for several reasons.
The most common reason is that the bank processing the card does not permit online transactions for security reasons.
You may contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions.

Another reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card.
In this instance contacting the credit card solution to determine why the card was not allowed to pass is the quickest way to solve the problem.

Credit cards from all countries may not be accepted and your country must be located in their permitted list in order to use the credit card merchant account service.

If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a Paypal account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original Paypal account. The card cannot be used independently through Paypal outside of the account for security reasons.
